Project overview：
・Improvement of fishing operations and establishment of a co-management system through the installation and management of Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs)
・Reduction of post-harvest loss through the regulation of catch volumes and fishing effort
・Introduction of hygienic fish handling and simple processing techniques (e.g., vacuum packaging) to enhance added value
・Verification of profitability and development of market channels through pilot processing and sales activities
・Establishment of a data-driven improvement cycle through the introduction of record-keeping for fishing operations, sales, and waste
・Formulation of concrete action plans for the Blue Economy strategy based on the results of pilot activities
